In our yoga practice we strive to attain a state of holistic harmony and inner balance by means of physical and breathing exercises, relaxation, sound and meditation. It is not about perfect yoga posture, but rather slowly approaching simple movement sequences with a special emphasis on breathing and anatomically sound postures.
